• Please do not attend your appointment if you have cough, cold, or flu symptoms.
• Please do not attend your appointment if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 7 days.
• If you have been a close contact within the last 7 days, you may attend your appointment provided:
  > You are symptom free
  > You are RAT negative on the day of your appointment
  > You wear a mask at all times inside the practice unless directed otherwise by our clinical team

• Mask wearing is no longer compulsory whilst in the practice but they are available if you choose.
